•  No refunds, if you are going to commission me please be 100% sure.

• The delivery time is usually a maximum of 3 weeks, but may vary depending on the type of commission. On more complicated commissions it may take a bit longer as my hand doesn't work quite right at times, I'll let you know if that happens.

• In the sketch and coloring phase you can make up to 3 large corrections and I accept minor corrections for free. After you start rendering I will charge $10 per big change so be 100% sure what you want.

• Payment only accepted through paypal only. Full payment is required upfront before I will start any work.

•  I work after I receive the payment.

• You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.

• The artist reserves all rights to the art created, and may use it for profit.  (For example, display it on social networks or use it for my portfolio, etc).

• After all the work is confirmed, I will send via Sta.sh or by Email

• I can reject the commission if I don't feel comfortable or for other reasons.

• My artwork may not be used for commercial use except for vtuber models.

• You are not allowed to remove my signature from the completed work.

• You may NOT use my artwork for AI or NFT.

• Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions.

• When starting with the sketch, coloring or rendering, I will send you a wip, but also if you want to know how the process is going, you can request one anyway. 

• My prices may change, if you are on the waiting list this will not affect you.

• The drawing may or may not be used in a speedpaint video. You cannot request this or pay for it.
